How it works

A sample with a result

  • Tell us what you want to test and your pass or fail measure
  • We quote product, packing and courier
  • You evaluate by the agreed date
  • We review the result and quote the bulk order

What a good evaluation checks

  • Pots: fit, handling and wet integrity
  • Media: agreed laboratory method plus a crop trial
  • Liners: frame fit and assembly
  • Discs: installation and performance under your irrigation

Sample questions

Terms

How much does a sample cost?

Sample product, packing and courier are charged at a stated amount in your quote. Export courier depends on destination and is quoted per lane.

Is the sample cost credited?

Eligible sample product value can be credited against your first qualifying order. The credit is capped at 1 percent of the order value, redeemable within 30 days, and excludes courier unless agreed in writing.

Why not free samples?

A sample without an evaluation date is a marketing cost, not an opportunity. A paid sample with a written test and review date gives both sides a clear result.

Test before you buy

What to test in a paid sample

A sample is only useful if you know what you are testing. For coco peat, test EC with units and method, expansion, and any foreign matter. For liners and pots, test fit, wet strength and handling. For discs, test installation and performance under your irrigation. Write the pass or fail criteria down before the sample arrives.

See the EC guide, the liner fit checklist and the RFQ checklist.
