International B2B

Coir products exported from India, quoted to a named lane

For importers, garden-product distributors, substrate blenders and private-label brands. We start with paid samples and a defined pilot rather than open-ended promises.

Pallet of labelled cartons ready for export dispatch

Markets we are building first

UK, UAE and the Netherlands

We are focusing early outreach on a few lanes so each pilot is done properly. Other destinations are considered by enquiry.

United Kingdom

Liners, small pots, mulch discs and retail briquettes for garden wholesalers and private-label brands.

United Arab Emirates

Pots, liners, discs and approved blocks for landscape and horticulture distributors.

Netherlands

Technical discovery for tested peat, chips and coins with substrate blenders and distributors.

Documents and compliance

Coordinated per order

Typical records are the commercial invoice, packing list, shipping document and purchase order. Certificate of origin, phytosanitary or treatment documents are obtained only where the product and destination require them.

Destination classification and import conditions should be confirmed by the importer with the relevant authority or an appointed broker. We do not assert a tariff rate or a universal certificate requirement.

Export questions

Terms and requirements

Which Incoterm do you prefer?

For early containerised or LCL offers we prefer FCA at an explicitly named handover point, stated as Incoterms 2020. We can quote carriage separately. We avoid an initial DDP promise without destination tax and import capability.

What payment terms apply to a first export order?

Samples and small pilots are normally 100 percent advance. Larger custom orders need an advance covering committed costs, with the balance before cargo or document release, or a bank-reviewed irrevocable letter of credit. We do not offer open-account terms to unverified new buyers.

Who confirms import requirements?

The importer, with its broker or the relevant authority, confirms classification, tariffs and plant-health or product rules for the destination. We supply the specification, composition and documents you ask for.

Do you ship plants, soil or seeds?

No. Initial export scope is empty products and unused grow media only. Plants, soil blends, seeds or additives would need a separate compliance review.

Markets

Exporting coir products from India: UK, UAE and the Netherlands

We are starting export discovery with garden-product distributors in the UK and horticultural distributors in the UAE, including Dubai, with a smaller technical track for substrate buyers in the Netherlands. We do not claim any market accepts a product without the importer's own checks.

Every export begins with a paid sample and a pallet pilot, quoted on a named Incoterm and handover point. Read the export packing checklist, see coco peat export for blocks, and compare quotes with the bulk quote guide. Then use the export enquiry form.
