What we coordinate

One accountable commercial contact

  • Specification and material declaration, including binders, nets and cores
  • Artwork, label content and pack plan approval
  • Agreed inspection and retained samples per lot
  • Documents and freight coordination for export
  • Setup and recurring costs quoted separately

What we will not claim

No unsupported certifications, no blanket biodegradability or organic claims, and no description of a partner factory as ours. Composition is declared in full so your label claims stand up.

Questions

Private-label FAQ

What is the minimum for a private-label run?

Production MOQs are set by the manufacturing partner and confirmed before we accept artwork or setup fees. Standard-carton and custom minimums are different.

Who owns artwork and tooling?

Ownership, permitted use and any exclusivity are agreed in writing before work starts. Exclusivity must be economically supported and may need legal review.

Can you handle barcodes and labels?

We coordinate label content and pack plans with your approved artwork. Barcode ownership and destination label rules are confirmed per market.

Planning a range

Starting a private-label coir range

Most brands start with three SKUs, for example a coco peat briquette, a coir pot and a basket liner. Start small, approve samples, and only then commit to artwork and setup.

  • Choose three SKUs that suit your channel.
  • Approve a paid sample and the written specification.
  • Approve artwork and label content, using accurate claims only.
  • Confirm the production minimum before setup fees are charged.
  • Plan reorders against a forecast, with version control on artwork.

For media, see coco peat retail packs. For liners and pots, see basket liners and pots. Read the export packing checklist if you sell abroad.
